What does it cost to ship one of your hostess stations?

The cost varies depending on the hostess stand or station selected and the shipping location. Once you’ve added a hostess stand or hostess station to your cart you will have the option to calculate shipping. Read more about our Shipping FAQs.

We serve the U.S and Canada.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Standard Hostess Stands without any customization can usually ship within 1–2 weeks.

Compact, Deluxe, and Team Hostess Stands have the following usual lead times based on panel type:
– Black, white, and color acrylic panels: 1–2 weeks
– Textured vinyl print panels: 2–3 weeks
– Laminate panels: 3–4 weeks

Specialty laminates or finishes that are not listed on our website may take longer. If you are interested in a specific finish, please add the unit you are looking for to your cart and check out using the quote option. We will follow up with the estimated lead time.

If the artwork/signage option is selected, please add approximately 1 additional week to the lead time.

What can I expect with your 100% guarantee?

You can expect to have a partner in the restaurant equipment industry working for you. We pride ourselves on providing dedicated customer service and a 3-year warranty against workmanship defects.

Which materials are used to make your hostess stands?

Frames are made of steel. Panel materials are either acrylic made of sturdy high-quality plexiglass or marine-grade plywood finished with Wilson Art Laminate.

Can the parts in your hostess stations be replaced?

Yes. All of our hostess stations have a modular design. This means that any part of your hostess stand or station is replaceable. This way, if a wheel, door, lock, drawer, key, or anything else gets damaged you can replace it instead of the entire hostess station. We think that makes more sense.

Do you accept international orders?

We do not ship international orders (except in Canada). However, if you are willing to schedule a freight forward to pick up from our warehouse we will work with you on getting the order done.

Return Policy

For parcel items, in new condition, may be returned to us within 15 business days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipments to our warehouse. For returns on hostess stations or large freight items, please call the number listed on our website.
